Return Policy

1) Products once delivered to customers can be returned in 3 days’ time.

2) Customer can take a print of return invoice with Return Shipping Address and shall courier the desired products to be returned.

3) Upon receiving the product, Onio will refund the return invoice amount in the customer wallet in 2 working days.

Refund Policy

1) Cancelled amount will get transferred to Wallet within 48hrs which can also be withdrawn as per their origin mode of payment. Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.

2) The present form and format of the Wallet, issued by Oniokart to its Customers, is modeled on a closed system prepaid payment instrument.

3) Any promotional cash deposited into Your Wallet by Oniokart, will not be refundable into your bank account on cancellation of an Order. This promotional cash has an expiry date beyond which, it will not be available for your usage.

4) Any Amount lying unused on your wallet can be withdrawn to your origin source of payment.

5) If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same the source within 7 to 10 working days.

Service Delivery Policy

The services are not available to persons under the age of 18 or to anyone previously suspended or removed from the services by OnioKart. By accepting these Terms & Conditions or by otherwise using the Services or the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have not been previously suspended or removed from the Services. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent an identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity.
